Hello Beautiful Souls!

Today’s energy is very radical and unpredictable. We have more Leo and Taurus conversations happening. Our Leo Moon is feeling expanded by Jupiter in Taurus, but it’s making our emotions want to over-indulge in order to find an appropriate outlet. Whenever Jupiter is involved we usually want to over spend, over do, and have one of every color so to speak. We also have our Sun in Leo feeling pressure from Uranus in Taurus, which brings in the unpredictability and radical thoughts or actions.

Today’s Tips:

• Make sure to ground by staying hydrated, eating foods that feel good to your body, and breathing in a way that’s soothing.

• Find ways to boost your energy efficiency. The easiest way is to have mindful movements. So set intentions on what you want to accomplish with each task you undertake.

This energy can make our nervous system feel overwhelmed. The best use of today’s energy is to lean into common sense and to take a look at the bigger picture, while being mindful of the tasks you need to complete.

We have a New Moon in Leo, which can make us feel energetically heavy or more tired. This is because this New Moon is working directly with Uranus in Taurus, and our Moon feels conflicted by Jupiter in Taurus - a lot of fixed sign energy that we will be working with this week.

If it feels like something is coming into our spaces that we don’t want to deal with or it seems it’s being forced upon us, this is the shocking and unpredictable Uranus energies.
