Healing Our High Heart

Hello Beautiful Souls!

Today’s energy is filled with more need for gentle healing. Let’s look at our child self and what those needs may be.

Chiron holds and represents our deepest wounds, the place where our heaviest fears reside. The degree point that our cosmic energies are working through are at the same point as at the start of 2020. 

Astrologically speaking, 2020 was filled with big energies of huge collective change. We were gifted with looking at ourselves and others differently. Our days changed. our lives changed. We were constantly told to proceed with caution, but this also forced us to be in our own energy. 

What came up for you then? Was there a project or a new way you needed to connect with others and yourself?

Chances are, yes. We were forced to work from home or find a new way of engaging with one another. For most of us, it brought up new creative ways of conducting business, or even sharing new ideas. This also brought up fears of the unknown. 

The degree that Chiron is at is a checking in point with our fears, our fear body, and our child self. We need to continue to welcome those fears to the table. Allow them space to be heard.

This is how we can heal these deep heavy thoughts, fears, and feelings. Our fears want to keep us safe. Our fears are parts of ourselves that are wanting to prevent scary outcomes that resulted in prior wounds. Allow your fears to surface, and use this as a beautiful time to reassure ourselves. Thank those thoughts and say, “wow I hear you but look at how much we grown.” This practice helps us build confidence and also look at all the challenges we have met. Look at how far we have come. 

We can do this, and we are doing a beautiful job because when we feel, we can heal!
