Today’s energy has some helpful healing from Chiron in Aries. Chiron is speaking with our Moon in Aquarius getting some logical advice to move forward from our trauma. Our Mercury in Cancer is speaking with Chiron in a way that helps us move forward and integrate our needs.

Today’s Tips:

• Take today slowly, calmly, and find your inner peace - Whatever that might be for you.

• Ask yourself, “is this worth my cortisol* being spiked?”

*Our cortisol is our stress hormone that gets released when we have a difficult situations.

Our Sun in Cancer and Mercury in Cancer are gifting us with the ability to parent ourselves.

When Cancer energy feels too heavy, we need to look to the opposite sign of Capricorn to help balance our emotions. Capricorn helps the Cancer energies by not taking on the needs of others. 

As we move closer to the Nodes of Fate (or North and South Node) changing signs into the Aries and Libra Axis, we are going to be asked to bring our lives into balance.

As a collective, we are being asked to step into our divine self by owning our energies. We can fully embody ourselves by owning our frequency. The only thing we can control is our thoughts and energy.
