Hello Beautiful Souls!

Today’s energy had some deep processing abilities as our Sun in Virgo met Mercury retrograde in Virgo. This energy put a spotlight on what has been coming up for us - to reflect on and to come to a deep conclusion about the themes we have been moving through.

Venus in Leo has stationed direct and now feels some clarity as to how to find our courage, our power, to go after what lights us up, and to move in a way that’s loving. This Virgo energy is assisting us in working on this intuitive integration.

We have recently had Jupiter in Taurus station retrograde and Uranus station retrograde in Taurus. The Taurus energies were working with this Venus retrograde and now they are quite and more internal.

Today’s Tips:

• Set aside 5 minutes to write down any thoughts that have your mind spinning. This could even be something as simple as dinner tonight. This Mercurial energy will help us understand how to make things simple.

Virgo energy loves to make healthy choices and that’s a great way to use the Mercury retrograde energy. Pick something that feels like a healthy choice for your mind, body, or even both. This could be a five minute mindful walk or stretch, listening to calming frequencies, drinking tea or a smoothie, or even eating a healthy meal or snack.

There is big focus for us to move to things that feel loving, simple, and kind. Our Venus retrograde was working with us to better understand what our needs are so that we may pursue a more sustainable approach towards the ways we receive. This Mercury retrograde is helping us find simple solutions that bring efficiency to our day to day lives.

The energies that are in Taurus, Uranus retrograde and Jupiter, are working with us to make choices for our foundation that include our self worth and self respect. Uranus wants us to stop doing things just because we’ve always done them that way and make our own rules. Jupiter wants us to create our spiritual foundation and make it strong by asking what do we truly want and then create steps that make that a reality. Taurus is an earth sign, so these placements want us to have something we can see, touch, smell, taste and feel in our world.

All of these energies are pushing us towards our souls and the importance of listening to our intuition. When we step into our truth and live, we are open to receiving energy that’s positive, peaceful, and prosperous. We are energy and when we connect our hearts, bodies, and minds to that fact, we flow.
