Today’s energy carries liberating, out-of-the-box thoughts. Our Leo Moon squares Uranus in Taurus. There is the possibility for quick action, mood swings, and unpredictable events. It’s best to flow today instead of clinging to what was and allow insight to flow in. This is the cosmic frequency that Uranus holds.

Today’s Tips:

• Ground! Ground! Ground! With a side of grounding. Whenever we have big Uranian energy, it can make our nervous system overactive and create unstable emotions.

• Snacking, drinking tea, walking outside, or mindful breathing are great ways to quickly ground the physical body.

• Allow sometime before bed to stretch and see if any insights come through to our awareness.

We are currently being gifted with changing events over this week and into next week. Uranus energy will be working with our Virgo New Moon on Thursday. Even though it may seem like this erratic energy is causing disruptions, Uranus is in an earth sign which creates a tangible result in our reality. Uranus wants shocks to wake up the collective consciousness to the endless possibilities of the universe.

When we take a different turn or try something new, we become aligned with a new frequency. New frequencies can expand our consciousness levels. Allow new into our spaces as we prepare for our New Moon.
