Hello Beautiful Souls!

Today’s energy has the frequency of integration. Our Sun in Leo is Squaring our Moon in Scorpio. This is helping us make contact with all of our recent planetary shifts. Scorpio helps us dig into ourselves and alchemize any energy that is painful or stagnated that may be holding us back. Our Scorpio Moon is wonderful at shadow work, integrating things we’ve learned and helping us come to a deeper understanding of the emotions we are experiencing. Today has a lot of introspection, transformation, and healing.

Today’s Tips:

• Lean into timeline healing with writing prompts.

• Reflecting is the best way to use the energy of today, even if journaling isn’t something you chose.

• First take the opportunity of the energy to write a letter to the past version of yourself that might be coming up now, the current version of yourself, and the future version of yourself.

• This is a tiny introduction into timeline healing.

Make an effort to be honest with ourselves and what our needs are. Remember our power and all that we have have learned about ourselves. The energy is helping us with external wounds and how to find our soul’s past wounds.

Our Sun in Leo and our Moon in Scorpio are both fixed signs. Leo wants to feel fully confident and in its power, and Scorpio wants to feel in control of its energy. Leo and Scorpio are the two most dynamic signs - both don’t want to feel held back and want to be fully in control.

It’s best to remember the intentions that we set during our New Moon, as this is a beautiful time to step into our power and see what needs to change or shift for us to reach those New Moon intentions.
