Self Love is Our Only Job

Hello Beautiful Souls!

Today is a beautiful day to love ourselves. When we choose to align with our highest good, it’s a choice. This beautiful life is filled with moments of memories and those memories create our thoughts and our emotions. 

The cool thing about our brains is that it doesn’t know the difference between a real memory and our imaginations. So let’s play a game.

We are all looking for a challenge and goal that we can complete with honors as we journey closer into Aries Seasons. If our minds are limitless, then let’s step into our creative love and begin to love ourselves through our thoughts.

Each time we have a loving thought, it will help repattern our neural pathways in our brains to look to create more self love.

There are so many ways to start this rewarding goal.

We can simply say “I love you” to ourselves in the mirror, we can imagine ourselves in our happiest moments,

we can thank ourselves for being wonderful and breathing, we can imagine beautiful relaxing colors around our bodies shining love from the universe into our physical bodies, or we can give ourselves permission to start choosing to protect our joy. 

The more we step into self love like it’s a requirement for ourselves, the easier it will be to obtain those feelings of worthiness, joy, grace, and the ability to step into the abundant blessings of the universe. 

We need to speak kindly to ourselves; being hard on ourselves is outdated.

Self love means healthy boundaries with our minds too. Our minds and our physical bodies are our first home. Let’s make them a place we can all be proud of. Our inner reality will create our outer reality, so let’s create love. The universe is here to support us!

Sending so much love into our collective consciousness so that we may see all the beautiful energies we possess. Our light and energetic bodies are radiantly bright when we are full of love and gratitude!
